5:30 p.m. - Heidi Burson - www.heidiburson.com Heidi is a Nashville artist who draws comparison to the songwriting of Carole King and the powerhouse vocals of Aretha Franklin. A performance by her usually includes people brought to tears and silence falling over the crowd as her vocals weave in and out of the deepest parts of your soul. Her band brings an extra funky blues side to the original music she wholeheartedly has composed. The best part about Heidi is that her skills both vocally and on the piano are true to form whether heard on her album or live on the stage.

Details: An all-ages, family-friendly event. No cover charge, because we'll be drinking beer, playing corn hole, hula hooping, face painting, giving away prizes, and jamming to live tunes!

Food: Cool Cafe will be selling mini brats/burgers, chicken sliders, and grilled tempeh on top of homemade pretzel rolls. He'll also have some wide-slivered bacon-flavored coconut strips. Prepare your taste buds.

Just in time to cure your July 4th hangover, we've put some new 50 Shades of Black on tap for ya.

Ninja Star Stout: Portly Stout infused with star anise - it's just that simple. Star anise is a ninja star-shaped spice plucked from evergreen trees in China and Vietnam. The star anise adds the flavor and aroma of licorice to the already complex roast and caramel character of the stout.

Card A Mom: Cardamom is a unique spice not often used in beer. It is commonly used in Indian dishes and Finnish desserts because it has a slightly sweet, cola-like flavor, which blends well with our Portly Stout and creates an all-new herbal/spicy aroma and flavor.

All Hail the Pale!

Introducing our latest rotator: Hail The Pale

Hail The Pale is our interpretation of the American Pale Ale. It mostly comprises pale malt, but also includes some caramel malt for a touch of sweetness. It is hopped with Simcoe, a hop that we have not used in any of our other beers, which lends its unique flavor and strong floral aroma. 

5% ABV // 50 IBU

Fifty Shades of Black

At Turtle Anarchy, we appreciate diversity. And stouts. We know you do too, so we created Fifty Shades of Black for your stout-loving pleasure.

We took our original flagship Portly Stout and added a variety of ingredients to create different "shades."

Right now, we have three different shades.
1. Down With The Coconut with toasted coconut.
2. None More Black with coffee notes.
3.. Damnation (new!) with habanero, Chile de arbol, and Japone chile.

These shades rotate once they're gone, and we always come up with new, delicious shades, so be on the lookout.

Come to the taproom and order a Fifty Shades Sampler to try them all.
Our taproom is open Thursday/Friday from 4-10 p.m. and Saturday 2-10 p.m.
