At Wit's End---it's back!

Introducing the return of another delicious summer rotator, At Wits End, a traditional Belgian Witbier brewed with coriander and bitter orange peel. It is an unfiltered wheat ale, so it has a cloudy appearance. The combination of the wheat, hops, and spices creates a thirst-quenching quaffable beer. Brewer's secret: the coriander we use is actually cilantro seeds. The seeds have a different flavor than the leaves you typically find in Indian, Chinese, and Mexican dishes.

It goes on tap tomorrow. Come in 4-10 p.m. and get witty!

P.S. Be on the lookout tomorrow for a blog post with descriptions of all the different brews we'll be serving at our 1 Year Anniversary Party this Saturday, July 20.
